It is equipped with an in-built main processing card, helps in incorporating virtual IP trunks and extension ports. Panasonic kx-ncp500 phone works with complete IP solutions such as voice-mail, computer telephony integration (CTI) and others. However, it is significant to utilize the main processing card or optional VoIP DSP cards in operation.

KX-NCP series is featured with Communications Assistant (CA) software. It allows you to use graphical user interface that is featured point & click telephony. With the purchase of Communication Assistant Software, customer receives a license for using the software for up to five users. If you want to add users to the license agreement, can do so with a simple upgrading process. It enables you to increase your number of users up to 128. Communication Assistant (CA) software is also available for mobile devices for your convenience.
